"We stayed in the island lodge. The lodge itself is very nice, only downpoint of the actual lodge is lack of storage space in the kitchen. My biggest complaints about this place were 1. When making the booking it NEVER mentioned that the only way to access your lodge is via a small rowing boat. I kid you not. I was with a family of 5, and none of us had ever rowed a boat a day in our lives. Had i known this upfront i would never have booked this lodge. THIS ROOM IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ANYONE WITH...

"This boathouse was perfect for my partner and I! We took public transportation into Amsterdam everyday (20 minute walk to the bus stop, then a 10 minute bus ride, then a 30 minute tram ride to city center) it was so nice to come back to a quite place right on the water afterwards to relax. The only downsides were that there were no soap in the hand soap dispensers and that the public laundry was out of order, other than that it was perfect! Thank you!"

"Bright, clean, close to parking, lovely deck on the water. We used it as a base for Amsterdam and it worked very well. Good restaurants and shopping near by very comfortable. Thx Paul & Margot"

"The location of the bnb is perfect, only 15 mins walk from the nearest train station. The apartment is clean and the host gets it clean once a week during your stay. Would highly recommend this place for your visit to NL"

"My initial Vrbo booking was cancelled 3 days in advance of my arrival. Not much to choose from but this place was available. Pluses - Quick easy communication with booking person. Close to grocery store and restaurant. Easy walk to public transportation. Apartment features all amenities. Ample toilet paper provided. Negatives - bedding in bunk bed room was NOT clean. crusty sheets - bleh. Plumbing issues - kitchen tap leaks as mentioned on other reviews. Shower leaks on floor. Upstairs...

"The studio was a perfect place to stay for my fiancé and me. It had everything we needed: a lovely bathroom with a walk-in shower, a small kitchenette where we could make coffee and tea, and a small refrigerator for anything we needed to keep chilled. This studio is ideally located between Zeist, Den Dolder, and Austerlitz as well as close by Utrecht. The village of Soesterberg itself has a Plus grocery store, several great restaurants, and is a few minutes from the Military Museum on the former...
