"We stayed just before Easter and from the start our experience was great. An initial problem with the door to the room was swiftly sorted by Daniel from reception. That level of service continued throughout our stay, at all times the staff were friendly, helpful, and immediately resolved those little issues that inevitably crop up. Hotel is clean and the room we had was excellent. Breakfast had a nice range of food and the bacon is great. Very well located for access to Tivoli and other areas...

Enjoyed Wine Club on Good Friday, not sure how often they do it or if it was a one off, but was appreciated. Didn’t get a chance to go up to the roof terrace, but heard from others it was nice up there. Meet our needs very well."
