"This property is overpriced. For over $200 a night, I would expect a room that does not smell of urine and for my mini fridge to work. I called the front desk several times asking for the mini fridge to be repaired to no avail. Some of the staff (the waiter at the Bar) were very pleasant and others (woman at the front desk when I checked in) were not pleasant. The pool area was nice; yet it should be clearly stated that to enjoy the facilities, you must wear a swimming cap which is available for...

"This is not easy to find - tucked away in the hamlet above Canfin. (Drive past Candin for 1km and there’s a sign on the left). I left my e-reader in the room and couldn’t turn around to he get it and the fantastic staff researched how to get it back to Canada for me at the lowest possible cost! Wonderful customer service. Handy being able to eat in the restaurant downstairs!"

"The hotel was located 5 minutes drive outside Oviedo. It was an old elegant property built in the 1930’s to a very high standard. It was surrounded by extensive grounds and had excellent views over Oviedo. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food at the restaurant was of a very high standard. Highly recommended. "
