"Fiesch is a great place to base yourself and the chalet is a good size and well equipped. I have just marked it down because it's a real slog to get up to the chalet. I wouldn't recommend if you are not reasonably fit unless you have a car. The place was pretty clean and any problems with the lock on the front door previously mentioned have been sorted. But there were a few issues that stopped it being 5*. The shower drain was blocked and quickly filled up. You have to put your own bedding on...

And to go outside tot the bathroom is a disadvantage.We lived mostly in the kitchen because of the very effective pelletstove. The village around is also quite lively and not deserted if this is what you fear. We loved our stay in Annas holiday apartment a lot and would come back for sure if we visit Lago Maggiore again."

"Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Das Haus liegt abseits von allem in einem kleinen Ort in den Bergen. Man gelangt nur zu Fuß über einen kleinen, etwas steileren Bergstieg dorthin, so dass Rucksack statt Koffer benutzt werden sollten. Aber der Aufstieg lohnt sich -> das Haus ist super sauber und schön und hat alles, was man braucht. Ich war mit meinen drei Kindern Dortmund es war. Super!"
