"We loved our time at stockalpenhof, from the minute we walked in the door we were welcomed by a very friendly lady, who made us feel welcome, showed us the ski/ bike room for our skis and gave us our discount card for the region which we used at the thermal bath in a near by town and the ice cream shop right next door, we would return and recommended to our friends, a very easy walk from the trainstation up bahanhofstrasse."

Aucune maison 5* où j'ai logé n'a fait preuve de tant d'empathie et humanité. Cette maison m'a enseigné de revoir mes standards de snob. Etant du métier par héritage familial, je ne pèse pas mes mots. Un lieu emprunt d'amour par ceux qui le font vivre. Metci!"

"There was no water for two days, no way to flush toilets, wash hands, take a shower. Expedia was informed but did not react for 72 hours. No one offered even drinking water. The hotel advised Expedia guests needed to be moved but Expedia did not respond for 72 hours. The hotel provided a full refund but Expedia would not provide it to the customer despite receiving it from the company. "

"We booked this hotel at the last minute due to realizing a different hotel we had booked was much further from our destination than we thought. The staff were extremely friendly. When we told them that we would be checking out very early the next morning, they made us a packed lunch to take on our trip. We also received 20% off dinner at their on-property restaurant which ended up being the best meal of our trip. "
