"This property is an amazing location, and all the historical sites are within walking distance. The restaurants located in the square below are marvelous, and the host was excellent at communication and assisting with arranging transportation. "

"Lovely large house with everything we needed as a big family. Great to have our own pool. Sweet and helpful hosts who had bought supplies for our arrival, including water, fruit, and breakfast. They also helped with car rental and transported us to shopping areas and the car rental location. We would definitely recommend renting the house. I would recommend renting a car at the airport, as the house is quite a distance from supermarkets and restaurants."

"Our family group of three adults and three kids loved staying in this house, which had a slightly quirky layout but some beautiful spaces and the bonus of an indoor pool to cool off in after hot days exploring Athens. The area is very interesting - lots of little bars and cafes around the place, and well off the tourist trail, but still within striking distance of Parthenon etc. We got cheap and easy Uber taxis but walking is possible too."

Sure you could find a house overlooking the sea, but this house is centrally located to all the major sites, food stops and attractions (including the airport!) you could want to see. It is so big that there is plenty of room to fit several people AND enjoy the oversized swimming pool and backyard. "The property is close to many beaches and many restaurants and shops. But, you will need a car. The pool is huge and the jacuzzi is powerful! The gardens are beautiful and well maintained. There are plenty of facilities in the property and it is well equipped. The broadband is excellent, which meant I could work when needed. That said, the mobile phone signal is very patchy, you will need WhatsApp or something similar."

"Plenty of room. Nice street but surrounding area a bit run down. Easy 25 minute walk to Acropolis. Good restaurants, supermarket and shops within walking distance. The indoor pool was a hit. The only real downside was that the shower was disappointing. "

"We had an amazing time. Greece is so beautiful. The host home have an outstanding view. Everything in this home is new. We had everything we need. Host helped us after locking ourselves out the house. Host was always attentive to our needs. He was an amazing friend name Saki who has a chauffeur business. Host provided his number. "I rented this property with a group of friends to stay while we were visiting athens. Overall it is a nice place to stay at, but it comes with a little bit of hiccups. Finding transportation is tough and takes you a while to connect with an Uber or Beat. Katerina was a good host but at some points had strange requests from us such as paying an upfront cash security deposit (which I later confirmed with Vrbo is not part of her rights). "Villa Eva was just perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms roomy with lots of storage and dining outside with a sea breeze couldn’t be beat! The bathrooms were spacious and beautiful. Sophia was amazingly helpful and attentive to all our needs and concerns."
