"The main building was beautiful with high arched ceilings. It was beautifully decorated and fresh flowers daily. The water features were lovely, with some large fish in some. The restaurant we used was the large one down stairs. We used the smaller room off the main as it was air-conditioned and less busy. "I had a great stay at Grand Hyatt Goa, and the staff truly made a difference. Celestina handled both check-in and check-out smoothly, making the process completely hassle-free. She also sent small treats to our room each day, which was a thoughtful touch and she made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Sonu from housekeeping, who was quick to bring us extra towels and water whenever we needed them. His help made our stay more comfortable, and it didn’t go unnoticed. The hotel itself is beautiful, but it’s really the people who make it stand out. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our experience better, and I’d absolutely stay here again.
