"Extremely comfortable space with ever smiling humble and happy staff to serve. They all were so so cooperative and friendly . Food and all meals were tasty . Completely safe since I was solo . Loved their hospitality. Being close to bus Stand helped so much for moving around in city . Travel desk too very good and helpful at odd hours too. "Decent hotel with basic amenities. Nothing fancy. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, AC and geyser worker well. Only complaint is the bedsheets were old with some permanent stains, holes etc. The towel also looked overused and stained. "

"The room was clean and well-appointed. There was a desk; chair; closet/cabinet; kettle with cups, coffee and tea, and toiletries (including a shaving kit). The WiFi worked consistently well. "The resort is beautiful. Was so nice to relax and use the pool and room service. The music outside the room however played all day and into the night - it was loud and repetitive lift music that did not aid in relaxation. The spa was amazing! Reception tried to charge us 2500 rupees for a taxi to the airport, when the standard is 1200 rupees. "
