The co-working space was very convenient for me, and we used the pool and soccer court almost every day. The view of the city and volcano in the distance was spectacular, as the condo is on the 12th floor. And the washer/dryer in the condo was a huge asset! "The property seems to look great but the property manager and host was not in communication the entire process leading up to our arrival. We were given no instructions on how to access our unit and was told by Vrbo that our reservation was canceled while we were at the front gate of the building. This is unacceptable and no one should try to make reservations at this property ever!"

"I arrived at the security gate to check-in to my dismay they had no record of my arrival and after much time was told the apartment was already rented!!!! Now it is getting dark, the traffic is manic and I have no place to stay. This is unforgivable. My advice is do not chance the same thing happening to you and find another listing!!!!!!!!!!!!"

My primary goal for this stay was dental implants and stem cell treatment. I'm very pleased with both and the property. Comfortable bed and loved the very private patio. "This condo was double booked and we got canceled. We received this notification after our plane has landed in Costa Rica leaving us with no place to stay. The Vrbo guarantee gave me no help at all. I was on the phone all night and finally had to get my own hotel. I was supposed to receive a phone call back the next day before 11 and did not. I had to find another accommodation on another application. We finally got a phone call two days later from customer support saying that they would send me...

"We greatly enjoyed our short stay at Deborah & Ron’s beautiful condo. It was very stylish & warm in all rooms & was equipped with all the amenities we needed. The only issue we came across was a drainage issue in the master shower, but the hosts were fast to respond and a maintenance worker fixed the issue swiftly. Thank you Deborah & Ron!"
