"This luxury duplex apartment was exactly as described on the website and a great choice for a stay as it was in a great location with Tram 4 stop outside main entrance so it was quick & easy to get into the centre. Apartment was well supplied with equipment & cleaning materials and had all the comforts of home as well as a few ectra thoughtful touches. There was a 24hr supermarket in the building as well as a cozy pub so it was so convenient to have these on the first night when arriving late...

And they couldn't help me get any more after I contacted them. that was a bit disappointing but we made it work somehow. "The kitchen was disgusting. All surfaces, cupboards, appliances and utensils were dirty and sticky and it was obvious that none of it had ever been properly cleaned.
