"Ginzling - unlike some of the nearby towns - remains an authentic, likeable and calm village. It's a fabulous base for walking the zillertarel alps. We hired a car but didnt really need it as there are many walk from the door and a regular bus service between mayrhofen and the lake at the very end of the valley. "The view from our apartment was spectacular. The kitchen was adequately equipped. It would have been nice to have had a microwave oven. Martina was very responsive to our needs. The initial trip to the apartment was challenging but it didn’t take long for us to adjust to the drive. It is a short distance to downtown. We hope to visit Ortisei again."
