"Great location for a getaway. We went fishing in Matagorda and ate at the restaurants in Sargent, Lake Jackson, and Bay City. Too little time to take advantage of all of the amenities. Thanks Gavin and Sarah for sharing this slice of Heaven with everyone!"

"This property was great. My Family (36 people) comfortably stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed all of the amenities. The gym, pool, smores, fishing and kayaking were highlights of the trip. The host was very responsive and the onsite hmanager (Benny) was absolutely great. Overall great stay!"

"The home doesn’t look as big as the pictures when you pull up in the driveway but when you walk in it’s as if you stepped inside Mary Poppins purse! The house is spacious and nice. Mitch is very responsive and gets back ASAP. Would stay here again!"

"Beautiful Home, Nice and Clean, patio area is great, the umbrellas are awesome! They have a big fan to keep the air moving while hanging out on the patio. Has everything you need to have a great time with the Family. Great place to Get-A-Way and RESET, the Wife and Kids loved it as well. Some remarks and room for improvement: The Beddings were a little less luxurious, old and consumed. A supervisor should inspect and refresh stuff. They mowed the yard when we were leaving."

"This cute little house was exactly as the pictures showed. Decorated so cute and very roomy. The only negative I have is there were several broken windows, taped up, broken blinds and the yard and landscape was very unkept."
