"We had a great stay at the Iconica Hotel. Rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. The communication with the Host was great and timely. We had all the information we needed to check in prior to arrival. They also had the air conditioner unit all set up for a comfortable arrival with 90 degree weather. "Perfect location, kitchen and set up for me to work and hike from. Super well kept. The hosts are great to respond. There is no noise insulation - I heard everything above and beside me and my neighbors were unhappy that I was working (on calls) early on a holiday week / weekend. They tell you on arrival (not before booking) that the building has a very sensitive smoke alarm - it went off twice while I was there because other guests cooking (burnt stuff). "
