"Whenever we needed new towels, the housekeeping staff would drop everything to accommodate us immediately. They would even shorten their lunch hour to meet our needs. The housekeeping employees work hard, they provide high quality care and services, they are dedicated to their job, and they go above and beyond 100 percent. "This hotel was gorgeous and comfortable. Very clean and nice location that you can drive right up to with great parking. The free breakfast was decent. Issue with the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night while we were there, but pretty sure that was a one-off issue. "

"Amazingly beautiful hotel and spa! Front desk reception were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast selections were anything from cereal, yogurt to freshly made omelettes. Breakfast staff were also very friendly and accommodating. The marble throughout the building was gorgeous and opulent. We did not make use of the spa area at all, but it looked first rate. Our only complaint was the lighting in the bathroom. The magnifying mirror in our room (132) had no light and the room’s lighting...

"Modern clean comfortable. Central location. Free parking lot 5 minutes away. Large kitchen for us to make our breakfast. Construction occurring behind the building. Noise starts at 10am. No issue as we only stayed one night. I expect a short term issue"

"Very nice hotel along the waterfront in the very nice town of Porto. Staff was very friendly and even gave us one of his own Ibuprofen when we asked where we could find some. Unfortunately, we were feeling a little under the weather so did not get the full experience we could have. Excellent views from the roof top bar that also served a good selection of snacks and drinks. The waterfront is immediately in front of the hotel and offers a great opportunity to walk or jog for miles along the Duoro River. We would definitely stay here again."

"This is a super hotel close to everything in Badajoz. The staff were outstanding in their customer service and the hotel is superb. The breakfast there is extremely packed with all kinds of foods that you will not leave hungry. They prepare just about every breakfast item you can think of. This hotel should be a five stars rating. I want to thank the hotel staff for a wonderful stay and truly recommend this hotel while in Badajoz. "
