"So I made this reservation Sunday January 5th to travel on Monday January 6 and stay at this place overnight for safety and convenience purposes since we were traveling with my elder mother in law but at arrival I never got my email with instructions on how to get in. I search everywhere and tried calling the number listed and the person who answered said they had nothing to do with this place, there is no one at the gate to answer any questions and since is was getting late we had no choice but...

"I went around in circles trying to find the property. I arrived at the airport in the middle of the night around 1:30am and try to call to get information on how to get to the property with no answer. The GPS took me to an abandoned property with a closed gate and no signs. I ended up renting a hotel. No one answer me and they did not refund my money. "

"These are nice and well-equipped apartments well located. The only issue was at night, when through 2 hours local were ringing the outdoor bell looking for someone, so we could not sleep well. "

"The property is steps from the beach, which for me, doesnt get better than that! The hosts were friendly, helpful and very nice and made me feel right at home. I would definately stay there again"

"Roger, the property manager was very accommodating with arranging an early check in for our stay. But that’s about the only good thing I can say. The AC did not work my entire stay, imagine no AC in the DR heat. Then the sheets and towels had ton of brown and red stains on them. We had to ask the manager to bring us new towels and laundry detergent so we can at least wash the sheets. "This apartment was very comfortable and clean. The bedrooms were excellent with functional AC and the fully equipped kitchen made cooking a possiblity that I hadnt expected. The location is a little noisy but that is the sacrifice you make to be in the city and close to the bus terminal and other centrally located things in Puerta Plata. Very impressed by this property."
