"absolutely amazing customer service. there was a little complication during our booking and rosella gave us an upgrade which was so generous. the restaurant was cheap and tasty. overall it was a really good stay. i would only say maybe add some sort of lock onto the air lodge but other than that it was great "

"The staff was wonderful. The check-in process was fast and simple. We felt we were at home and felt very comfortable with our kids free to walk around the resort grounds. The two pools were amazing. One dedicated for pool fun and kids and the other pool was meant for more of a relaxing quiet experience. Our 3 bedroom villa was perfect for our family of 5. "The good : • very professional staff, fluent english, highly communicative and very nice ! • fast access to the beach, fast access to the room by car and 15€ for electric charger for cars The bad : • the blanket is rather old • instead of 3 twin bed we got 2 and 1 for a child (60 kg max weight) • the room wasn’t equipped with soap or shampoo or bath tub. We had to ask for it"
