"The staff was wonderful. The check-in process was fast and simple. We felt we were at home and felt very comfortable with our kids free to walk around the resort grounds. The two pools were amazing. One dedicated for pool fun and kids and the other pool was meant for more of a relaxing quiet experience. Our 3 bedroom villa was perfect for our family of 5. The location was excellent for our family needs. We wanted to do a day trip to Venice and there was a nice clean and quiet train station just a 20 min drive away. It was only 90min train ride to Venice. "

"Hotel is in a quiet lakeside spot. It is spotlessly clean and very well furnished. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. There are a couple of restaurants by the lakeside if you want to eat out and the ferry dock is a couple of minutes walk away, if you want a boat trip on the lake. We will definitely stay here again. "
