"This place is HORRIBLE. The neighborhood is scary. The floor is unsafe and you feel like the floor may fail. The ceiling is buckled and looks like it will fall. There is cardboard instead of glass in one window. There is black mold in the bathroom. You can not shower there! There's a random light that stays on and you can't turn it off. The TV is set on blast and you cant turn it down because the remote is busted and missing buttons. Easily, the WORST stay, anywhere that I've ever had. DO NOT...

"It is exactly what the pictures show. It’s a shed converted into a hotel room. It was clean, secure, and suitable for a single traveler. The bed was smaller but I managed to fit on it. I’m 6’2” and 250lbs. The A/C was small but it worked very well. The property is surrounded by a locking fence/gate. The room has a deadbolt that can only be locked from the inside. The property is really pretty. It’s walking distance from a few craft breweries, food trucks, and coffee shops. I would stay here...

"My 85 year old grandmother was released from the hospital and it was very comfortable and convenient for her and our family everywhere was far as groceries and amenities was 5 mins away "

"The rental is furnished beautifully as shown in the pictures and was very clean. Great location as well. Owner was easy to work with as well. Would stay here again. Only recommendation is to update the deposit policy to be in line with other VRBO rentals we have rented from before. The only option with this rental is to pay the non-refundable damage deposit or pay a very large deposit which is refundable 2 weeks after check out. Wish there was a 3rd option where they just hold your credit card...

"This place was amazing!! Our hosts were so friendly and accomodating. We didn't have to aak for anything, because it was all there. Slept well in the bed! I would definitely stay again. Thank you for a wonderful experience. "

"This place was exactly what we were looking for. Very nice interior with the location being 10 minute rideshare to all the attractions including stadium, Ybor, Soho, etc. Easy check in with great communication before and during stay. Would definitely stay again."

"-Easy access to/from highway -Initial thought from outside: house was rundown and needed upkeep. -Neighborhood not as bad as other reviews made it seem. -Wasp situation needs to be taken care of -Inside was also rundown but main areas were relatively clean such as beds but overall aspect of house created doubts on how clean things actually were. -Wasn’t the most comfortable but dealt with it for a night. Beds for example, not being able to sit on a couch."

"Love the place best host you can hvae"

"We loved this little place and are looking forward to coming back. It’s in a great, safe location not far from downtown or the waterfront. It has everything you need and was very clean. My only slight negative is that the water pressure in the bathroom sink was quite low so hopefully something can be done about that. But we’ll look forward to staying again in the future. "
