"Staff was amazing, we had to leave in the middle of the night for our flight and we asked for a to-go breakfast to have something on our stomach on the way and all team worked on getting this ready the night befire and also one staff emmber cae in the middle of the night opening the garage door for us (because the garage is very secure, would not have parked outside in this city). All hotel is wonderful thank you very much ! Terrace on the rooftop gives also a wonderful view, I recommend !!"

"Great location in Valparaiso. It’s an old house with high ceilings. The room we stayed was a bit small. That was no napkin, shampoo or conditioner. But the this.staff were very polite and helpful. We had breakfast at the Terrance, and the view was great! "

"My family slept comfortably in a suite with 1 queen, 2 twin beds, and a a private bathroom. The beds were comfortable and room was clean. The hostel has a very welcoming and warm feel to it. The common area has a fully functioning kitchen and access to fridges that you can store food in. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend!"

"Cheap. Dirty. Bed full of ants. Good location. This is a step up from a hostel. Location is good for historical district. Room is dirty (e.g., little white specs on the bathroom walls from other people’s tooth brushing - ewwww!). Staff are OK. Tiny ants everywhere. In the bed. Biting."
