Pésimo, había reservado pieza para 2 la cual fue confirmada por correo, en comentarios avisé a la hora que llegaríamos, al llegar al lugar , nadie nos abrió ,no contestaron ni las llamadas , nos quedamos sin hospedaje , además por la hora estaba todo lleno , no pudimos encontrar nada, arruinaron nuestra visita Valparaíso 👎👎👎👎

Mala experiencia
Al llegar a la dirección el hostal ya no tiene la identificación de hostal triciclo en la fachada, tocamos la puerta varias veces y nadie salió, no cuenta con timbre ni nada por el estilo. Estuvimos más de 20min afuera y nada, no entiendo porque siguen haciendo reservaciones. Terrible experiencia.

Miscommunication between night and day staff. If you stay there ask for a room far from the street otherwise you will not sleep at all. ( full of bars and music until 4 am). The mattress was very thin so my back was sorr after 2 days. The staff is nice and care about the people there. It just the issue that the do not pass information between each other
