The layout was exceptional-only 4 steps to get in, and my parents could go to their bedroom, kitchen and living area on the same level, while the boys could hang out downstairs watching TV or playing Air Hockey. "I'm 83 years old and found the steps to bit narrow and steep, but I finally figured it out. There was one hand towel that had been used, folded up and put back, but when my son opened it, it was filthy in the center. As a suggestion, you might plug in a multiple outlet socket in each bedroom for charging cell phones, laptops,watches, etc. Overall, we enjoyed the house."
