"We were on a family holiday with two families and grandparents. The accommodation was perfect as we were all able to have our own space with ample communal space as well. The pool was perfect and there are many choices of areas to sit and relax. The hosts could not have been accommodating and welcoming. "We have stayed before in Villa in Italy but this one is above any expectations. The house is stunning, the owner and people who take care of the place were super responsive and lovely to deal with. House could use some door screens (I think they are installing them) and maybe a few little things for the kitechen (we were a group of foodies who loves to cook) but they offered to get what we need and I can not imagine a better place. Location was great as it was 30 min walk to center of Folinio...

"What a lovely home, perfectly situated in a beautiful town in such an amazing region. A great base from which to explore Umbria. We stayed 5 nights but would loved to have stayed 2 weeks. Maybe next time! Thanks to our host Andrea for making us feel welcome and providing great tips. For the uninitiated in old towns, if you plan to drive, navigating narrow streets of Spello can be very stressful and finding this house was quite tricky (but well worth it). Get good directions from Andrea 🙂 "

"Everyone at Casa Giulia is amazing and so nice! We stayed here with family and hosted an intimate wedding of 40 people. Francesca was incredibly helpful leading up to the wedding (a mere 4 months before the stay). She coordinated all vendors and details. Francesca and all staff helped during the entirety of the stay and we are so grateful. The villa itself is enchanting and beautiful! The grounds are kept and picturesque. We could not have imagined a better place to start the rest of our lives!...

"We really had an amazing staying in Villa Pambuffetti Relais, in Bevagna. It is has a wonderful historical villa, completely restored with excellent taste for good design. It is surrounded by a beautiful lawn with fruit and olive trees and it has a new large infinity pool with solarium. Everything went perfect (better than expected). The Villa, the location and the owner made everything simply fantastic! Looking forward to come back with family & friends!"
