"Lovely welcoming people. You have to understand that anyone walks can walk through the door and I believe they try very hard to make them feel welcome. Wi-Fi good , there is staff member that speaks English however you should download a translation app as mostly speaking Spanish. One thing I disliked is bathroom outside of bedroom. Otherwise perfecto :)"

"Where to begin. The outside looks great then you get into the actual building. It starts off with no lighting in the hallways. Once getting to my room we encountered a Smokey, cold dwelling with hints of dog or other animal. "Accueil sympathique mais c'est tout...en 4 nuit les serviettes de bain n'ont pas été changées et lits n'ont pas été fait...chambre et salle de bain minuscules pour 3, literie de très mauvaise qualité, très mal insonorisé, pas de fenêtres, clientèle très bruyante, pas de gel douche ni de shampoing et 1 seul rouleau de papier toilette en 4 jours...bref hormis l'accueil sympathique et la proximité du centre ville rien de bien. On est quand même presque 100€ la nuit a ce prix là nous attendions...

"Bonavista is at the edge of the tourist area, in a quiet part of Calella. 10 mins away from the beach, the same distance to the main street with the restaurants & shops. It is a very basic hotel, but very clean. Rooms were cleaned & bedding changed daily. "Great hotel, with friendly staff. Really good value and the breakfasts were good. Ideally positioned in the old town away from the noise of the bars at the far end of the resort, and only a minute or two to the beach. The area is beautiful and even being the world Cup final weekend (which I didn't realise when I booked it!) it wasn't too loud or rowdy. Very pleasantly surprised by both the hotel and the resort. Stayed for 5 nights with 2 friends."

"La dueña nunca aparecio. Llegamos avisando con antelación y cuando quisimos ponernos en contacto con ella porque no nos recibió nadie para darnos las llaves no contestó ni por llamada ni wpp. Solo conseguimos hablar con ella después de llamar al servicio de atención al cliente, pero después de decir que iba ya a darnos las llaves apagó el teléfono y nunca apareció, toda una estafa. Ahora estamos a la espera de que nos devuelvan el dinero de la reserva."
