"Loved the house. There are a few repairs needed. Some of the doors stick because the house is settling. And the towel holders in the last bedroom are about to fall off of the wall. Finally, this is a very large house. Does it only have one temp zone? Besides that it was a great stay for our family of 11, and we will definitely consider staying again."

"Overall the property was delightful. Kitchen is spacious, sofas comfortable, and decor is appealing. I was surprised that there were no bath mats in the bathrooms. If you plan to use the pool, bring your own beach towels. There were none provided. I did not take advantage of the pool because I wasn't sure if it had been cleaned and there were no directions about the hot tub. Some chaise lounge chairs would be nice. "We came to Denton for a church conference and this home was a perfect size and location for our crew. The home was very clean and had plenty of room for 5 people. The only thing I wish we had more of was parking. Other than that overall I give this stay and the host 5 stars! "

"Place was nice and new! Great quiet neighborhood. Upon arrival one bedroom light did not work. Another bedroom had a broken frame down and up propped against wall. Master bathroom closet was full of dirty sheets and comforters just thrown in a big pile. Bar stool broken and garage was filled and packed with previous guests garbage. For the price we paid for it we made do. Place was too nice to have arrived to so many uninviting flaws. All and all we had a good stay."

I faced difficulty in check-in process, the gate code was not shared in advance and it was shared only after check-in time which is so bad. even VRBO couldnt help me out in this one saying the gate code will be shared by the owner. But they dont have any contact of the property owner. more over the property owner is not very responsive intime when we need the most which caused me and my friends group in a tensed situation at the time...
