Calabash is a luxury villa on a grand scale spread over two floors and offering really spacious accommodation for parties of up to 8 guests. There are fabulous views of the surrounding hills to the sides of the villa and a spectacular panoramic vista across the Caribbean to the front.
The upper floor consists of a large living area and fully fitted kitchen; the master bedroom with queen size bed, a french door leading to the veranda, and an en-suite shower room; a further queen size bedroom with veranda access and guest bathroom; and a utility/laundry room. Double doors from the living room lead to a large covered external veranda and wrap round gallery with dining set for 8 and plenty of occasional seating.
There is an external staircase and an internal spiral staircase to the lower floor. Here there is a day room with its own kitchen area, a twin bedroom and a queen size bedroom, both with en-suite shower rooms. The lower floor rooms open on to the large sundeck with swimming pool, plenty of sun loungers, a barbecue and a shower room with WC.
There is private parking for up to 4 cars on the driveway at the rear of the villa.

The Palms is a new luxury villa development set on a wooded hillside in a delightful valley location with fabulous panoramic views over Darkwood Beach and the turquoise sea beyond. Darkwood is a very scenic beach, an island favourite and certainly one of the most photographed beaches in the Caribbean. Still unspoilt, with the island of Montserrat in the distance, it has two good local beach bars and restaurants with beds and shade. The location is peaceful and serene, yet is only minutes way from Jolly Harbour and several other bars, restaurants and adjoining beaches.
Jolly Harbour is the largest and finest marina in the Caribbean with superb recreation facilities. A fine 18-hole golf course and a sports centre with tennis courts and a squash court cater for the actively minded, whilst the commercial centre has a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars, and a supermarket to sustain the needs for everyday living. For all its many amenities, Jolly Harbour remains a sophisticated and tranquil setting to while away the holiday hours.
The construction of a villa on an adjacent piece of land commenced in May 2023 and this may cause some disturbance during certain hours of daylight and some loss of total privacy. These works are scheduled to continue until summer 2024.
