"We had a nice apartment with a view to the cinema. It looked great. Lots of storage for clothes and bathroom things. Many mirrors and two TVs. Cozy lights in the living room area. Black out blinds everywhere and it was quite quiet. The bed was big and comfortable and there were many pillows. There are sockets everywhere. Friendly staff :) Sadly there were no hooks for towels in the bathroom and there were no towels/cloths/paper towels in the kitchen area. Great stay all in all, would go again!"

"We were completely locked in the train station and unable to get out early in the morning for our flight. A complete fire hazard. We used a spoon to jimmy open a construction door to get out into the parking lot. The rest of the doors were barred closed."

"A few issues: The kitchen is not fully stocked, as it is missing some essential items. There is a window pane that is un-frosted in the bathroom, strange considering all the other panes are. It is lacking hooks for towels in the bathroom if you have more than 2 people there. Needs more garbage bins in the apartment. No A/C is a bummer but it wasn't super hot while we were there, so not a big deal but would be a much bigger issue if it was really hot. The location is amazing, right on Stroget...
