"It was a lot of fun staying here. The staff was so great and the food was really good. It took getting used to with no electricity but they provide chargers and lanterns and it worked out great. The beds are comfy and it was fun stargazing at night. A bit chilly but the stove heated the place nicely. Great adventure!!"

"First of all, I never got a code from the property manager until one hour before. This caused me a little nervous. Do you think that would've been in the info. After I book the room, I messaged the owner to add another day to that they responded immediately. Then I had some other questions about general stuff that they did not respond to despite my messaging them twice. first of all the place was very trashy. They were bags of garbage behind the building next to ours. There was garbage all over under the stairs. I knew the place was small, but the bed was so close to the microwave and table. there was no place to go. The light was not hooked up to the switch, and the chain link was broken so I had to crawl up on the counter to turn on the light. Under the bed was very dirty and there was a rubber yuck. The shower pressure was good and the temperature was OK but the shower was hung so high and the shower was so small that I could not get the stream directed on my head. I had to flatten my body against the wall and try to get it rinsed off. It was horrible. There was supposed to be a K cup, but it did not work. This was depressing as I was expecting to have coffee. There were holes in the wall, and the whole place was dingy and very rundown. For the price, I did not expect a castle, but the pictures portrayed a much nicer place. It was very deceiving. It was depressing staying there, and I felt ripped off and deceived. I would never stay there again I hope others don't fal"

"About a 20 minute drive from the main entrance and worth it for the money you save They had a kiosk check in and check out so I didn't interact with a human during my entire stay "

"We enjoyed our stay very much! This home was very clean and had everything we needed or wanted. It's solar powered which is a bonus. We stayed for 2 nights so we could make a small exploration of the Grand Canyon. This is a great location from which to make day trips. We want to make a longer visit to the Grand Canyon next year (not sure when yet) but would most definitely love to stay in this home again!"

"Very comfortable for our family of 5. The kitchen was very well equipped. It's basically as close as you can get to the Grand Canyon for a rental house. Some of the decor is outdated and could be updated, and the water pressure was often low or uneven. Very peaceful and quiet, with beautiful sunsets. "

"The property itself is great. Very clean, quiet, and beautiful. It's about 30-minute drive to the Grand Canyon. However, I don't like driving on the gravel road leading to the property. I hope it will get paved soon."
