"The property is excellent in the middle of the desert. It’s beautiful. The only thing that I noticed is that it lack of proper signals that can guide you around the property. In regards of the property, Restaurant, you just can say it’s wonderful with one of the best cuisines I ever taste in Mexico. Fauna Restaurant is a very interesting concept of service due to the fact that they see you in long tables so you can mingle and talk to some other people that are not properly in your group. "Stayed here with dear friends to celebrate our birthdays and all 6 of us were blown away by the beauty of it All! Even though it rained the the entire time it never deterred us from enjoying everthing the valle has to offer. The staff here are so kind and accommodating. The rooms are gorgeous and delux and the entire grounds are spectacular! Highly recommend and we will all be back to enjoy it in the warmer months ahead! 😀 "

"América at the reception was very nice and kind, everything was so easy. Very nice and quiet place. All Was good for us. Couple of things inside the room could be better, like shower handle was loose and sink was clogged. Forgot to mention the shower handle to America. We had a good time there. "

"Property is great, I would only recommend that they implement microwaves and specially a long mirror for women to look at themselves when dressing up(you know it’s a must for them)."

"Had little bugs show up but it’s to be expected when you’re out in the fields. Very courteous staff. Roads can be messy in the rain. Bring your own water and snacks. "

"The entire place was amazing. Great place to rest and relax. The spa was the best part. It can add to the expense, but totally worth it. I would be coming here again during peak season in August. "
