I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Boutique Valle de Guadalupe and Spa, and it was a truly delightful experience. The property is beautiful, with a serene ambiance that perfectly complements the natural charm of the surrounding vineyards. The food was absolutely incredible – each dish was crafted with care and full of flavor, making every meal a highlight of the trip. It was a beautiful day when I visited, and I couldn’t help but imagine how stunning the property will look in the summertime when everything is in full bloom. I’m already looking forward to returning during that season to experience its vibrant beauty once again. If you're seeking a relaxing getaway with excellent food and picturesque surroundings, this is the place to be! Highly recommended.

Everything was good, beautiful area, nice rooms, delicious restaurant. The only thing that happened to me was, I went to reception to ask for extra blankets because that night was cold, they ask me for the bedroom number, but they never brought the blankets. Also the heater remote control, I was not able to read the letters, so we couldn’t find out how to turn it on. Other than that I loved this place.

The hotel is nice with two pools, restaurant, bar by the pool, clean room, comfortable bed, quiet. However, front desk service was terrible, lack of people skills, nothing informative, short in conversation, very poor customer service.

Since the moment we arrived we were greeted well by the security team and also a gentleman that showed us to the office and room and offered to help with our bags, the room was huge with a hot tub and seperate shower and good outdoor view, having the restaurant on the grounds was nice, they have good drinks and food and the waiters were very nice, only complaint I had was turning off the water on one day of our stay, it wouldn't have been an issue if we were informed, other than that its a great stay in Valle.

Over all a rundown place. Boring. Didn’t any entertainment. No wine tasting . Wouldn’t even let us use the jacuzzi. So they wouldn’t have tu turn it on.

Great place. We stay on cabin 3 and 4 the only problem is the noise eco you can heard from your neighbor. If you are alone friends is OK but be minded when you jags stanger next to you. Other then that it's a great place
