"Julian's property is a 3 level townhouse on the edge of a lovely old town Viana. Very convenient for touring around the various wineries of Rioja. Comfortable house with all usual facilities and a pleasant garden to sit out in. Although lacking a kettle on arrival, Julian delivered one very quickly which was appreciated. "Teníamos el apartamento reservado para semana santa 2022, habiendo viajado desde desde Barcelona. Tras haber recibido mail de confirmación, haberse cobrado la estancia, etc.. al ponernos en contacto con la propietaria 30 minutos antes de la hora de entrada nos indicó que el apartamento estaba ocupado y no lo había gestionado desde esta plataforma, por lo que nos quedamos sin alojamiento. Experiencia pésima, en la que ni la aplicación ni la propietaria asumieron ningún tipo de responsabilidad....

"Appartement conforme à la description, propre et bien équipé. Nous n'avons pas vu Maritxu mais avons bien communiqué avec elle avant notre arrivée. La procédure d'arrivée est ok avec un système de boite à clefs. L'emplacement central de l'appartement est parfait (rue piétonne) pour Estrella. Nous sommes venus en voiture, possibilité de se garer dans des rues ou parking gratuit assez proches. Appartement très calme malgré son emplacement central. On recommande cette location."

"I cannot say a big enough thank you to Javier at Aparthotel Kora Green. Even though he had just finished a night shift he volunteered to help us get into the public car park (we had arrived in a terrible storm and parked in the wrong one). Unfortunately, getting into that car park was far from easy, yet Javier took the time and was so kind; we would really have been stuck without him. Thank you so much Javier!"
