"Supervisor was kind enough to upgrade my room. Bathroom wasn't as clean though, initial water flow from the sink and shower was yellow. Water pressure was low. Water closet has stains. They didn't clean the room daily. Staff told me it should be upon request which is not a hotel standard. Blanket was just a flat sheet. "We have stayed at Ave Suites a few times and this time was the best. We got a room with a king size bed and the room appeared to have been remodeled. They have a nice restaurant, pool and spa at a reasonable price. The only knock is the lack of parking and the road noise from Lacson Street traffic."
