"Good communication from the hotel allowing us to find the hotel easily with our satnav. On arrival we were upgraded to a larger suite by the very friendly staff. The suite itself was modern, comfortable and clean with TVs in both the lounge and bedroom. A small patio area allowed us to catch some sun before going out for our evening meal. Overall I would highly recommend this hidden gem in the back streets of Herakleion."

"My husband and I were celebrating our thirtieth year of marriage and this was a highlight of our journey to my dream vacation in Greece. We had a wonderful excursion from Athens and stayed at your amazing property. We took a car two hours away and enjoyed our trip completely stopping at a beach to see the water light by the moon. So much was just wonderful. You should be proud of your property. We also like the approach to be sustainable and it was wonderful to have a car for our few days in Crete. Free parking at the residence made it trouble free. Thank you again. "

"We stayed at Agapi Beach Resort from 27/10 to 03/11/24 for the third consecutive year. This place never fails to disappoint. Beautiful hotel complimented by the fantastic staff. The accommodation is lovely and cleaned thoroughly every day. The food is lovely and varied each day. As you walk around the hotel the grounds are immaculate with an array of trees, bushes, plants and flowers. Numerous pools dotted about. The beach is two minutes from the main complex. Beach towels provided every day. There are different places on the complex to eat. We can’t praise Agapi Beach Resort enough. Just something about the place that just makes us want to go back every year. Hopefully we will again in 2025. "

"Could not recommend this place more! We will definitely be going back. The staff was phenomenal, when we arrived we were greeted by a concierge who took our bags inside/to our rooms and made us a mimosa while we filled out our check in details. We did the half board so we got a buffet breakfast and dinner each night that had so many options and were very delicious! The front desk also made us a reservation for the el la carte dinner which was also free. The staff didn’t hesitate when we asked them to book us a taxi to check out city centre as well as booking an early taxi to get us to the port the morning we checked out, also supplying us with a box breakfast to go. Highly recommend this place! Absolutely loved every minute of our stay! "

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Modern apartment with two balconies with a view of the mountains. Grocery store and Jumbo two streets down. Bus stop very close with buses taking you to Old Town and Amadoura beach. You can walk to Koules Fort and the Old Town by walking along the ocean too! I highly recommend this apart-hotel for a short or long stay for its great location, excellent staff and very comfortable furniture."
