"Noisy- sleeping on the street. Dark, small, humid. Not what we expected at all! Checked out earlier"

"The hotel was quite good the staff were very helpful and friendly. It is a bit of a way out of the centre but that was not a problem for us. The children's pull out bed was a bit uncomfortable. I would stay here again."

"We visited Caro Hotel recently for a special birthday trip for our Mum. We had a fabulous stay. Nothing was too much trouble, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, service was excellent, rooms spacious and comfortable, location was superb as a sightseeing base and for dining. "It's a perfect location for enjoying the Carmen neighbourhood. There's lots to see and do within walking distance. The property itself was comfortable, spacious, relaxing, and had all the amenities you would want for a short stay. The manager was accommodating when I ran out of laundry soap - very responsive and positive! "

"Good overal, we did not get cleaning service 2 days. Of which 1 was adviseer die to the storm, but the second was not. We also were informed by the recepción that water was only included in the first night…. We stayed 5 nights! A bit strange, especially in a place where tap water is not used to drink and you get a coffee machine, which is totally unusable without clean water. "
