"Lovely retreat, be aware it is miles down a dusty track which can be difficult to find at first. Facilities are lovely and was not crowded when we went in July. "

"Monica and her staff are wonderful, the property is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. Breakfast is delicious and generous. For us, after 3.5 weeks of busy travel this was a perfect location to chill. We hung out during the day at the beaches, returned to shower and go back to town for dinner. It’s only 12 min to town/beach. Great place to stay, highly recommend!"

"Beautiful place to stay when exploring Portugal. Sometimes it’s best to get off the beaten path. Accommodations were great and the hosts made the stay pleasant. Breakfast was also very nice. Would stay again. "

"Overall it was a good one-night stay including some essential gluten-free items for breakfast - no GF bread but we didn't expect that and had brought our own. Our room had the promised sea view, unfortunately the foreground was an abandoned building full of garbage - that is outside the hotel's control of course. "The hotel is opposite a beautiful beach with a gorgeous outlook from the restaurant. The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We had the buffet dinner and breakfast both of which were very good quality and offered a wide choice with excellent value for money. We will definitely stay again"
