"The property was well located with easy and good access to Aramante the Douro valley and Porto. The garden and house are secluded and the surrounding area of vineyards was very quiet and peaceful. The house was really well equipped and very nice with lots of hot water and towels for the pool. We enjoyed walking around the area and into Aramante along the new footpath next to the river. We had a really relaxing stay and would throughly recommend the house to people. "

"Having done a few family & friends villa holidays now, I can say that this was one of the best villas we stayed in. Spotlessly clean and every room has a good sized, comfortable bed with an en-suite. Nobody had "the rubbish room" and a decent sized table that we could all fit around. WiFi worked throughout (unfortunately 1 of us still needed to do a bit of work). The pool, garden & bbq area were great to spend time together. We spent lots of time splashing around, eating, drinking, playing...

"Our stay went very well. The place is well laid out and the valley is magnificent. The view from Casa da Flor is breathtaking. A car park at the entrance is available to park cars (we were a little dizzy going down, but Helena is a good guide) Helena is an attentive, available and very pleasant host. The outdoor facilities are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the place: swimming pool and hammock by the river. A dream moment of disconnection!"

"A wonderful stay in stunning surroundings. The views on the road from the villa to Peso da Régua are simply breathtaking. The villa itself is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is exceedingly well equipped with every appliance you can think of. The beds are comfortable and all rooms have air conditioning. The pool, although not the largest is ideal and there is a lovely shaded area and bbq. Having said all that, what made it the perfect holiday for us was the warm welcome, care and attention...

"The villa is truly amazing. It is very well kept, very clean, and very well equipped. Jessica, our caretaker was wonderful. She was prompt and flexible and kept the kitchen very clean. Marcus, the owner, was very responsive anytime we asked for something or needed a change of plans during our stay. It was a wonderful experience. L'accès au village est un peu périlleux, mais la vue sur la vallée vaut bien qu'on s'en donne la peine !! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir car la vallée du Douro est magnifique ! Ne pas manquer la croisière sur le Douro depuis Regua, situé à quelques kilomètres...
