"I have been to Sicily many times and lived there years a go. This property lets you really live the Sicilian life. You need a car so you can appreciate the best of what is on offer. The owners of the property are exquisite. So friendly. The place is a chill out relaxing place with views and smells of the Sicilian countryside. "This place has so much potential - the location is perfect for day trips to Erice, the coast and vineyards, and the views are unbeatable. Unfortunately the rooms are tired, the air conditioning not very good, the owner disinterested in guests, and despite being nearly empty they still charge extra for a room with a view! Breakfast was not good value, and despite advertising being a pizzeria, the restaurant didn’t serve pizzas the night we were there. "

It looked as if the season had not really started and hence many of the facilities of the hotel were not available.
