"The hotel is beautiful. The room we had was big for a European hotel. We had a balcony and the view was amazing. We took a day trip to Vevey and highly recommended. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You are walking distance to train statiin and bus stop. Our only issue was we couldnt get our wifi connected for 3 days. The hotel was having issues with their wifi. Other than that, highly recommend. "

"Old school and old building. Excellent location and views, spacious rooms, fine service. The amenities were ok. The main issue is smoking. A non smoking hotel that hands out matches in every room, what do you think it’s going to happen? If you’re a smoker it’s for you. For me it was always an exercise in opening the windows to get the smell out of the room and close them quickly when the suicidal monkey next door smoked in their balcony"

"We loved absolutely everything about this hotel. It's the perfect spot for skiing with everything you could possibly need located centrally. The team were extremely helpful in the leadup to our holiday and very prompt at replying to any questions I had and arranging transfers, ski equipment and passes. The dining was absolutely phenomenal and we really rated the spa facilities too. We will definitely be back, thank you team Héliopic!"
