"Let’s start with the good: lots of communication and the lady was very kind and helpful. Beautiful views and peaceful. It was nice to look out and see green EVERYWHERE!! The perfect place to relax. "We had a 4 night’s stay here and used it as our base for tours around Toscany. It is located in a quiet area outside Siena. The apartment was nice and clean. We used the kitchen for minor cooking and that worked well. There is a supermarket close by and small restaurants in the town. The AC was working great. "This is a beautiful hotel with beautiful views and a great location. The owner and staff are wonderful and accommodating. We arrived in the heat of August and our first room would not cool down. The owner moved us to another room with a better air conditioner fairly quickly and was so kind. Breakfast was wonderful - one of the best we had in Italy! This hotel is close to some of the best restaurants as well."
