"Loved the warm welcome and generous basket from Barry when we arrived. Great accommodation. Amazing pool and gardens. Barry always there to help with any issues and even brought us extra logs for the fire on a cold evening. Great bike path along old raikway track into town (we walked it). Great galette place in town for food. Market on Friday morning. Ideal for easy drive to Fougeres, Mont Saint Michelle, Cancale. Really relaxing, lovely stay. Would recommend."

"This rather isolated house was a bit hard to find at first, but it is very well situated with both privacy and sweeping views in mind. We were a bit far from the crowds celebrating the 80th anniversary of the Normandy invasion, but the drive up to the coast was only marred by the huge crowds and all of the dignitaries present for the occasion. All of the DDay beaches and principal towns were locked down for Macron, Biden and about 140 other heads of state or high office holders and the Vets who...

"The owner showed us around the property on arrival which was spacious / clean. Games room / swimming pool were extensively used too. Close to amenities and attractions (extensive supply of leaflets etc)."

"Probably my fault but I didn't realize deposit had to be in cash. So had to scramble to find ATM to get $300. Then checking out they doubled the cleaning fee on us. They didn't provide toilet paper or dish soap and had to go to the store to buy some. Would have been nice to know there was no toilet paper before going to the bathroom."

"This was a high light of our European tour !! Our room view was amazing looking up to the abbey. We had a beautiful meal in the evening with excellent waitresses serving us.The pear sorbet was to die for.Highly recommend. "
