"Las personas en recepción fueron muy amables. El lugar estuvo muy limpio, el wifi muy bueno. El hostel estaba en un lugar céntrico, de fácil acceso y con muchas tiendas alrededor. Se podía contar con transporte público y parking. Mejoraría si se pudiera contar con un fríobar en el cuarto para poder mantener nuestras líquidos fríos aunque se ofrecieron a guardar nuestras cosas. Definitivamente regresaré. Muchas gracias!!!"

"It's a dirty place. Lorenzo, a guy in his 50's, was very rude with us for no apparent reason. I asked him to an extension and he told me that the hostel was full At the same time I looked in the internet and the same hostel had like 5 places available. I showed him and he didn't know what to say. I WON'T COME BACK to this place. NO MORE. Bathrooms had no soup either toilet papers. Lockers were very far from the beds. "

"It is not our first stay in Sonder. We choose it because of convenience and location. We liked our current stay very much, although we were a little disappointed with the request to order a taxi for our early departure to the airport. We asked for a taxi but not a limousine service which was three times more expensive than the regular cab. There was nothing we could do at 4 o'clock in the morning, but take it!!!"

"Lots of information sent in advance about the building and all it and the area around it offers which was nice .Very close to Milano Central and area at Milano Central where the airport buses pick up . We were greeted and given instructions on using the key fob to enter and exit . We were shown to our room which included some welcome snacks and water and even toothbrushes and toothpaste! The room was much larger than I expected and very nice .Pleasant experience- would definitely stay here...
