"The unit was huge and very comfortable. Easy walk to the lifts for skiing. Small market and wine shop directly across from unit and lots of restaurants an easy walk. Loved the buffet breakfast and usage of spa facilities at Hyatt."

"Rental management is disorganized and confusing. The property has multiple rental management groups which are not connected and do not communicate with each other. Front desk staff is not helpful at all and after 5pm has no authority to help customers with accommodation requests or issues… prices are extremely high for the poor service provided by the staff "
