Location is unbeatable: on the river, on one of the mist lovely piazzas in Florence and Via Tornabuoni is by any account the mist elegant shopping...

"Absolutely beautiful and unique time here. The staff were top-notch; helpful, kind and discreet. Breakfast had everything you could want including delicious cappuccino! It was a little warm in the room at night but that was a small issue compared to all the many positives of this property. They have very light aromatic oil sticks in the common areas; a wonderful aroma wafts by you at times. Nothing strong; just very nice. Housekeeping daily at your convenience. I highly recommend staying in this...
