"El apartamento espacioso, buena ubicación y con decoración rústica. Lo malo es que no cuenta con ascensor, el área común donde se podía utilizar la lavadora y secadora está en el sótano. Tuvimos como inconveniente que los huéspedes del apartamento 001 no fueron considerados y dejaron su ropa en la lavadora y luego en la secadora por varias horas luego de utilizarlas. Para cocinar teníamos que abrir las ventanas porque tiene un detector de humo justo arriba de la cocina. "

"Our stay at Florence Hills and Resort was great! Service was amazing, all staff was very attentive. Nice pool size and outdoor lounging and seating area to relax after walking around Florence. The suite was comfortable and very clean. We had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed a great meal. We had the ham and cheese board, the risotto with pears and almonds, and the Fiorentina aka a huge T-bone steak. Can’t forget to mention the astonishing views of the mountains, so calming!"

"Overall the property was good. It was in a great location. The street outside was well lit at night and people played music or sang opera in the piazza in the evenings. Lot's of dining options. Bathroom is a little small and the elevator only goes to the fifth floor. We stayed on the 7th floor so we had to carry our bags up two flights. "

"A lovely well located residence. Plenty of space in the apartment and lovely to relax in after a day of sight-seeing. The front of house staff were great, especially with our daughter. With it being Halloween week the property was aptly decorated in communal areas and come Halloween itself there were plenty of treats. On arrival we received a WhatsApp with lots of used information. "Overall our stay in Hu Firenze was great. The restaurant on location was really cool and tasted pretty great too. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our little house was a big tent basically. Interesting but annoying when people would come check it out or tap on our house (happened a couple times). It was kinda funny but always awkward. We had a bed, closet, mini fridge, and bathroom. They had a shuttle to take you partially into town or you could walk to Firenze Rovezzano (train station)....
