"Welcome was amazing. Very courteous staff. The hut style bungalows are fabulous. Atmosphere and surroundings ideal. We had problems with our bathroom and tv. "A really nice and quiet hotel. Lots of sunbeds available so you dont have to race to reserve one in the morning. The views from the bedroom are absolutely unmatched as well. Ghey clean yhe rooms twive a day, once after breakfast and again at 7pm which was a bit unnecessary since most people are getting ready for dinner around 7pm. "The property is stunning. However, more training is needed for the staff. Ordered food from one of the pool bars and after an hour, my food never arrived. The remote in my room didnt work, i requested service, it never came. I asked for menus to the restaurants to determine where to go for dinner and no one could get this information for me.
