"I was assigned a room across the street from the main hotel. It was raining and I had to walk up steps with my suitcase, when I arrived in my room that was assigned there was somebody else’s belongings. The phone did not work to call reception so I had to walk back across the street in the rain down the steps with my luggage, back to the hotel where they seemed to not believe me that somebody else was in the room.
