Communication from the owner was great as was the payment procedure even though I was a little unnerved about not paying the deposit directly to VRBO. A quick chat with VRBO confirmed that this owner was the genuine article and was to be trusted. Prior to arrival, the owner sent us full details of the villa including WIFI, key safe codes, contact number and even step by step driving...

"We had a 9 day stay at this villa. Lovely quiet location, you need a car to get around. Local Village restaurants were very nice. Kalcan and the boat trips were excellent although drinks on the boat were expensive and spoilt the experience. The owner Yusuf was so helpful he meets you at the Villa shows you round and is on hand for any help. We will definitely be coming again and for longer. "Excellent communication with Dominiek and Bayram. Villa MN is spacious and very well equipped with everything we needed. Great bathrooms and comfy beds with plenty of towels and aircon for a comfy night sleep. Lots of kitchen cupboard supplies for making meals and bathroom cupboards of shampoos and suntan lotions. Lovely quiet location with nearby shops and restaurants, 30 min walk into the main town which was perfect for us! 3 min walk to the cove where you can jump in the ocean. "We stayed 10 days at the villa. It was like moving into a lovely home for your holiday. Absolutely everything you need and more. Very convenient each of us having our own bathroom, the supermarket right across the road, and the pool and sea very close by. Lovely view from the patio. If you're hungry by the pool, there's a restaurant. There area lotof stairs to get to the pool, but there was a shuttle bus running every 15mins. Parking was easy if you hire a car.
