"A fantastic villa in a stunning location. The villa has everything you need and the outdoor space is a perfect place to spend long relaxing days with stunning views. Mehmet, the property manager, is a star - arranging airport transfers, water delivery and anything else you may need. It was our first visit to Kalkan, we will be back and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else than here."

"We were blown away by the listing and blown away by the property. It was the most perfect villa for us 5 chums and we never left during the day. Facilities were outstanding, water cooler, huge fridge, exceptionally well stocked kitchen with every utensil you could need. Beautiful infinity pool which had spa jets. Local Taxis quick, easy and not expensive, 1700 lire to go down to the harbour to eat. Lots of 6 seater cabs, just mention the size when you book. Great local shop 200 yards up...

The villa is extremely well equipped, it was very clean and the outdoor space is lovely. It's very peaceful whilst only a 10-15 minute drive into Kalkan. The local restaurants in Islamar are well worth a visit too."

"We had a wonderful stay in Villa Benita. It has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. The air conditioning was very welcome as was the pool, which is cleaned daily. There are lots of shady areas if you want to get out of the sun and an amazing roof terrace if you want more once the pool is in the shade. Enough loungers at pool with very comfy padding - plus space in sun / shade to relax. Views from top terrace over Kalamar Bay are stunning. 20 min walk to Kalkan although the walk back up is a killer with the hills(but you can get a taxi).although"

"Perfect for getting away from it all, but still close to the lovely town of Kalkan. Cannot fault villa or service from manager. Not mentioned is the quite extensive welcome pack which is perfect if you are arriving late in the day. Pool is fairly small but it’s only a 2 minute walk to the 25m infinity pool at the club house when you want to swim rather than just cool off. Had a fabulous 10 nights here. "

"Our first visit to Kalkan having previously stayed in Kas. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back. Villa Antik is just perfect, beautifully decorated, fabulous heated pool and amazing views. Maeve is so helpful providing information on trips, restaurants, shopping and arranging transfers etc. Muhammet was also great, we called him for a water refill and it arrived in minutes! We highly recommend Villa Antik and can’t wait to go back, hopefully for two weeks next time!!"
