"I recently stayed at your 2-bedroom property in Sudbury, and I wanted to share my experience. The location was convenient, and the property itself was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen had all necessary utensils and pots and pans, plus complimentary tea, coffee, milk, and sugar. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was very good, which made it easy to stay connected. "Defo worth the money "

"A fairly priced stay. Advertised as sleeping ten, we were eight and it felt a bit of a squeeze having just the one toilet (the listing said two). The downstairs basement room was fine for us but you do need to keep the dehumidifier running or it smells damp. The stairs to the basement need care and attention too. Aside from the basement room, the space is lovely and just what we needed, especially the large dining table. The owner is helpful, responsive and accommodating :-)"

"It was cheap and cheerful for a base but then then things went downhill when firstly I stood on broken glass in the kitchen, then the boiler broke so no hot water, then the toilet was blocked. Glad to be going home."
