This place is delightful! Easy check-in, super friendly and helpful staff, beautiful facilities. My room was excellent and spacious too. I'll stay again sometime!! Highly recommend!

2泊しました。 フロントスタッフの残念な対応が続き、また利用したいと思えませんでした。 あと、エアコンのききが悪く寒かったです。 加湿空気清浄機がないホテルも今時珍しいなと 大変なご時世ですが、改善を期待して書きました頑張ってください。

駅からバス停一つ分歩きます。フロントは広くて良い感じですが、客室は古さを感じます。清潔さを心がけているとは思いますが、スリッパは紙の中敷があれば良いなぁ、トイレ便座は暖かいと良いなぁとか、改善の余地はたくさんあるかと思いました。

宇都宮駅から、ゆっくり歩いて10分は許容。 歴史がありそうな建構えでも、スタッフさんの心構えかすごく綺麗にメインテナンスされていて気持ちよくお部屋を使わせていただきました。不満と言えば空調。暖房を入れると途端に暑くなり、細かな調整が難しかったことと、何となくドライな環境が保てなかったことでしょうか。 あと、朝食やサウナなど別会計かもしれまんが、その辺の案内があっても良かったのかなぁと思いました。ルームキー（カード）を渡してあとはご自分でみたいな感じだったので、寂しさを覚えました（笑）

1人で利用だったがツインの部屋で広々とつかえてよかった。シャワー終わった後のお風呂場が少し匂ったのがきになったけど、それ以外は良い部屋でした。

何度か宿泊しているホテルですが今回は最悪でした。 当日ネット予約で一人で宿泊したのですが、夜中の1時過ぎに隣部屋から？男女の喧嘩の声が聞こえてきて目が覚めました。フロントに連絡して、少しすると声が聞こえなくなったのですが、それから1時間ほどして、今度は女性のあえぐ声。始めは我慢していたのですが、余りの大声に、再度フロントへ連絡して、注意していただき、ようやく収まりました。時計を見ると2時半、すっかり目が覚めてしまい結局朝まで眠れませんでした。 部屋の防音が悪いとは思いますが、金額も安いので仕方がない部分もあります。 フロントの方には2度もお世話になり、こちらも気落ちしました。 カップルの方、部屋で何をしても自由ですが、普通のシティホテルで夜中の大声は勘弁してください。目的に応じて、しかるべき施設はあるのですから。

車で行きましたが駐車場は係員がいて誘導してくれるので良かったです。 ユニットバスの備付けのボディーソープがほとんど入っていなかった、確認補充作業ができてない気がしました。 フロントの男性が無愛想な感じでした。
