"We were excited about booking this property when reading the posting. When we arrived later in the evening we found the only way to the front door was crossing a rickety, rotted out deck with nails sticking up all over. The strong odor of musty/mold greeted us when we opened the door. Host told us to just open some windows. Then we found there was a ladder type stairs to go up to the sleeping area. "Die Unterkunft hatte einen Garten, deswegen war es gut geeignet für unsere zwei Hunde. Das Haus war relativ neu und modern eingerichtet. Leider war bei Ankunft die Sauberkeit unseres Haus nicht vorhanden. Im ersten Moment wirkte es sauber, bei genaueren Hinsehen merkte man schnellstes es besser geht. Das Restaurant Charlie, hat eine Außenterasse, die leider durchgehend reserviert ist. Ich habe mir die Mühe gemacht und beobachtet wie lange der Tisch unbesetzt ist, obwohl niemand dran sitzt....

"The place is lovely, but beware of Belvilla. I meant to book through Vrbo but had trouble with my American credit card so went through Belvilla instead. Huge mistake. I ended up accidentally booking multiple units, which were cancelled except for 2. Despite repeated attempts with multiple representatives they would not cancel the other one so I ended up with 2. They tried telling me they could not get in touch with the holiday park. I called the holiday park and they said THEY could not cancel...

"Great accomodation set in the National Park of Utrechtse. Our cabin was in a lovely location positioned to give privacy and ease of access. We had plenty of natural light (we noted that some units were very shady). Very clean and well equipped. Spacious and comfortable. The parc had a lovely indoor pool with a splash pool for younger children and a flume for those more daring. The bistro on site closes the kitchen quite early in the evening so we were unable to try this. The on site mini market...
