"My husband and two kids and I had a great time in Fly Creek visiting old friends. The house was perfect. Plenty of space and a great kitchen/family room area to hang, eat, socialize. We really loved this house. It was clean, and the check in and check out process was easy and mindless. Communication with the owner was great, and the land and yard was beautiful! Thanks for a great long weekend away! "

"We recanted this home for a 4 day get away with our adult kids. The owner was prompt with questions. The home was easy to access. It was clean and neat. It had all the items we needed for kitchen and bathrooms. The home was nicely decorated. It had plenty of board games and items if you have kids. I would rent this home again. "

"We had a great stay in Oneida Castle for Colgate’s parent weekend. Roughly 25-30 min drive from campus through beautiful countryside and fall leaves. Place is really nice inside, comfy bed, nice living room, and kitchen. Street is under construction, but wasn’t a problem at all. We had a great dinner at Creekside Inn with our student."

"The property was perfect for what we needed. The home is very cute but has plenty of space for a number of people and the large pup we have. The fenced in area and gates on the deck were super for the dog. The home was well equipped so aside from our clothes and groceries, not much else needed to be brought. "We really liked the house and the location. It's a short drive to the Baseball Hall of Fame and all that Cooperstown has to offer. The house was really clean and had all the necessities and the host even offered a complimentary bottle of wine. "Decor was everything you would ever want We slept like logs......excellent beds and bedding. Furniture was comfortable and appropriate. We found that all of the autumn decorations made the house comfortable and it felt homey. The walk from the driveway to the front door was treacherous for 2 of the 4 80 year-old adults. The steps were hard to negotiate. Needs handrail that is not covered with bush branches. Glad that we went there!"

"Out weekend at Paradise Getaway was just what we expected. The kitchen was very well-stocked with utensils, pots, pans,etc. The beds were clean and there were ample towels for all 11 of us. "Stayed here while our daughter finished her job at Glimmerglass Opera Festival. Good location for getting around Cooperstown and surrounding area. About 20-30 minute drive to our destinations. The rental space worked well for us. Very clean and well equipped. Plenty of towels, blankets, etc. kitchen had all the equipment we needed. Internet and AC worked very well. "

"Super nice updated home. 6 guys on a getaway golf trip. So many nice touches were put into this home by someone that has great taste and really cares about their guest comfort. From brand new hottub to all the new ceiling fans and the kuerig coffee machine including the coffee this place was top notch. We would not hesitate for a moment to go back to this home."
